Hi. I am located in Ontario and have several boxwoods that are being eaten by a pest. They eat the greenery and leave behind loads of little pellets (i assume droppings). I have included 3 photographs as well.

Any advice on how to treat this would be very helpful. Thank you!

Take a strong magnifier look very closely and see if you see any pests. If your soil has been extra wet, or the soil has not dried for long periods of time, it may be the start of root rot. I would remove all the dead wood and dispose of the debris so it doesn't spread eggs or spores. When all the wood is removed you will be able to watch and see it the disease spreads. IF the soil is wet, use a hand cultivator and aerate the soil around the plants to allow the moisture to escape. Heres something you can read to help you.
