i bought a bleeding heart offline little bigger than a seedling...when it arrived the stem had been broken in 2 places i sellotaped it at the bottom snap (i couldnt think of any other way) and proped the top snap upright and sellotaped it too. the top eventually died off and i didnt cut it or cover the wound and now the stem is completely brown. another stem has snapped at the bottom and going brown to i no they are fragile plants either the stem has snapped because it was to heavy or its snapped because the bottom is browning i havent a clue...is it dieing ?? or can i save it??.

Hello @carly1994 it's nice to have you on the forum:) As you can see We're also in Kent! I'm afraid I don't really think that your little plant has much of a chance, and the best thing to do would have been to complain to the seller. If you plant the remaining part of the plant in a small pot with some compost and put it in the shade somewhere, water it now and then, maybe it will start shooting again.
Sellotape will never ever work (n)
