There’s weird growths on my chain of heart plants..

Hi,

there’s weird balls growing on the stems of my chain of hearts plants and I don’t know if it’s slowly dying or what to do.. please help..

Tubers, you can lay the vines with the tubers on top of a pot of soil that you can set next to your plant. Partially bury the tuber. Roots will form from the tuber, and once it is rooted, you can cut it off from the original plant.

The plant isn't dying, actually the opposite, new growth is forming. Do what @oneeye said and you'll have some new plants!
