The summer garden has nearly ended. There are some tomatoes and beans left, but much of what is left of the garden has been canned, pickled, and frozen.

I agree! haha, it promotes fungal activity which provides and exchanges nutrients within the soil and to the plants and microorganisms

Amazing! Very pretty looking carrots, actually I had never seen carrots with that shape. I guess that's what organic gardening does, right? All the carrots I have seen at the grocery store look like baby carrots... but 7x the size I always wondered how they did that. Can't be healthy they all look so uniform D:

The shape of your carrots is very unique, I've never seen anything like it. But I must say they look really tasty! Fresh carrot slices make a great snack, I love them
