Bell Pepper disease?

This might be a dumb question but ... but what the hell.

This is a purple bell sweet pepper in a larger pot with another Italian sweet pepper. I am watering them regularly with tap water and fish tank water. My ph out of the tap is about 7.2 and the tank water is also about 7.2ph. I have low Nitrate levels and have given the plants moderate amounts of light, 8 plus hours a day depending on over cast.

Im just wondering if the discoloration is normal where there should be suckers at?

Any ideas?

Completely normal, but keep an eye out for those little flies shown on the main stem. You might want to spray them now with insecticidal soap to keep them from taking over
