are these baby cedar trees?

i have a bunch of them around a tree stump. the tree was cut down before i moved here. i havent seen any cedar trees in my area. id really like to know, so any input would be great

yea i know cedar can be many things, i should have been more clear. i thought it was a northern white or atlantic white cedar.

That might be a tiny cedar tree, but it looks like a weed that grows in our area. I am not sure what the name is, but they sure do grow in numbers. If I ever do find out the name, I'll let you know. For now, just let them grow and see what they become. There's no harm in that.
