are these baby cedar trees?

i have a bunch of them around a tree stump. the tree was cut down before i moved here. i havent seen any cedar trees in my area. id really like to know, so any input would be great

Difficult to tell... they are rather close together.
Cedar can mean several different trees.

I don't think so, its not a tree sprout but I can't think of what it is.

yea i know cedar can be many things, i should have been more clear. i thought it was a northern white or atlantic white cedar.

That might be a tiny cedar tree, but it looks like a weed that grows in our area. I am not sure what the name is, but they sure do grow in numbers. If I ever do find out the name, I'll let you know. For now, just let them grow and see what they become. There's no harm in that.
