After reading up about problems Tortoise owners have sourcing suitable cacti to supplement their pet's diets, we are starting to grow Cacti especially for Tortoises.
Looking through the Tortoise forums it seems that folk have trouble finding cacti that haven't been sprayed with pesticides that would harm pets. Although we do use pesticides like Bugclear against Mealybugs and Scale insects we are both animal lovers so are producing a range of plants that are free from artificial pesticides, only using Neem Oil where absolutely necessary and hopefully not even that.
