Looks like the larva of the Eyed Click beetle. If so then it is a meat eater so good for the garden.

That is the larval stage of the earwig insect.

You can tell by the two things on its tail end. And it is a root eater, not good.

Does look like a Click Beetle To me But I Can't say for sure I am going to have another look at Earwig larva while I'm having my cup of tea

Thanks everyone. I think I can confirm they are rove beetle larvae now. Good bug. I saw a few rove beetle last fall in my garden. Btw, the rove beetle larvae is much bigger than Earwig， around 5-10 times.
