What's this tiny creature on the ground?

They can move very fast, not sure by jumping or flying.

They are Springtails. In the winter they are called "Snow Fleas". ( Collembola/Hypogastrura Nivicola)
Their diet consists of rotting plants, so they don't really cause any problems.
