What to do after frost!

So here's the story. I only covered half of my garden with a plastic covering, but I forgot the other side that was filled with chilli plants! The frost hit and now they have withered up, turned brown, and lost all of their leaves. This was from a while ago, but they haven't been recoering. Does anyone have any tips, or are my plants ruined?

It depends how deep the frost was, if it froze the soil then the plants will be dead, if it was only a light frost then you could try cutting them right back to a few inches. They might re grow from the stumps.
