What is this vine and is it poisonous?

I just wanted to check and make sure this vine isn't poisonous. I want to put the leaves in my compost tu

Looks like Virginia Creeper to me and it is all over the place. Hasn't harmed anyone in over 30 years.

I agree, parthenocissus quinquefolia, and although it is only a small risk, I understand that you might make a budgie sick if you fed it the berries or leaves. There are lots and lots of plants that have some kind of toxin, and they are widely grown in gardens everywhere.
As far as compost is concerned the leaves will compost down fine and be no trouble ..... just don't make pies out of the berries as they might give you a tummy ache
