Can anyone tell me what this is in my mulch? I found it when I was planting bulbs. When I pulled back the mulch there it was, tons of tiny white balls (eggs?) and some webbish type material too. I'm hoping it's a benign mold, but am creeped out by the other possibilities. I hope someone can advise. Thanks!
