Now that I have had some basic practice at home pressure-canning, I'm considering trying a few small-batch juicings to see how they go.
If I was to juice a salad of lettuce, tomato, spinach, cucumber, celery, onion and radish, would those of you with more experience than I, recommend this mix? Add or subtract anything? What proportions?
Mulching, if done correctly, is a great idea.
