I have what I believe is scale bugs in my Splitzer lemon tree (refer picture attached). They are on leaves (underside), branches and flowers. Am I right in thinking they are scale? I have been trying to remove them by hand, but cannot control them. Does anyone have any successful experience with other treatments? Is copper spray effective?
