I am very inexperienced with growing my own herbs or any plants for that matter. So, I need your help and any advice you are willing to share.

I am not a fan of pharmaceutical medications unless it is absolutely necessary. My mom was recently diagnosed with Raynaud's Disease, restriction in blood circulation. The only medicine her doctors prescribe are for blood pressure which create other problems. We want to try Chinese Medicine but we need to grow the herbs ourselves.

Does anyone have any experience with Si Ni Tang? We need Ginger, Raw Aconite, and Honey-Baked Licorice.

Is there a difference with Licorice and Honey-Baked Licorice (please excuse my ignorance). I have never heard of Aconite, so I am at a loss with that one.

I am open to all suggestions and advice! Thanks!!

Wow... I had no idea aconite is toxic, mainly because I never heard of it. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I wonder why it is listed for chinese medicine.
