Tomato seedling spots?

I planted these tomato seedlings about 2 weeks ago. They all got these black spots with white hairs on the leaves now and seem to be curling somewhat. Should I worry? I attached 2 pics. Thank you.

Are you letting them dry out somewhat between watering? Looks like maybe too-frequent watering.

They are swimming,
Don't water again for at least a week.
Better still, repot in dry compost/soil.
They may still die.
