Any idea what's going on with these? This is at my parents place, zone 9a. To hot against the shed?

If it were me, instead of moving them, I would mulch heavily and give them more water and fertilizerHmm, it is worse there than other areas of the yard. Well look at moving them.

It would be better to move them away from that metal building but it is too late to do that now.Would it be better if they grew them in large pots in bought compost.?
