No spiders in sight
Webs are made from silk. Many insects, spiders and mites make silk. Fungi do not make silk. What is shown is moisture laden silk, i.e. a web. It is also not a fruiting body of fungi as it is not emerging from the soil or dead material from which fungi feeds upon.

An easy way to find out is to see if the webbing disappears when the dew dries. If it does it is dollar spot. If it doesn't it is bugs. If this is dollar spot it has just started to show

Good fungus. It is breaking down organic matter and making it available to your grass.

The “webs” only showed one more time a few days later. It seems my Fungus issue peaked last week and the lawn is already looking better. I have to move the grass around to really see the legions on the grass blades. No real plant die off so things are better.
