It’s a bright almost neon pink plant. Any ideas what it could be?

I feel like it’s way to bright pink and wiry to be red thread fungus. I will get better photos today and upload them.

It’s elevation/leveling indicator cable. It’s used to level soil in construction sites. Usually it’s all covered but sometimes a few inches stick up when they don’t quite get it right. Looks pretty funky in the middle of a lawn.

@cpp is probably correct. I ask the poster to take another picture of the "original" object again. The last two photos are not of the original object. And go pull one of them up. It is either plastic or its not.
