Sunflower bud opened up and it seem like he's not going to bloom

it's like the worst season to take care of a sunflower obviously .. but I had hope that I could see my sunflowers bloom anyway .
So the bud of one sunflower opened up and it's seem like there is not a flower inside ? It should look like it ?
