I am brand new to straw bale gardening. I am concerned about the way some of my tomato plants are looking. (I’ve attached 2 pic of the leaves) Some leaves are yellowed & spotted. My zucchini plants turned yellow & died off. Is it a water issue?

If the only thing you’re giving them is water and straw they’re nutrient deprived. Tomatoes are hungry.

When tomatoes are starving for nutrients they become susceptible to all kinds of diseases and fungi. Also, are you using wellwater or municipal supply water?
