Spider web on Cyndi's Miniature rose bush

Cyndi declared she had bought a miniature rose bush and has been keeping it inside.
Part of it has a spider web and this section is dying. What can be done?

Re my previous comment.

Spiderwebs on plants and shrubs no problem. However had the original post/thread had stated spider mites. Then I would have suggested using a cotton bud/q-tip dipped in methylated spirit, and applied to the mites is a sure cure, also mealy bugs can be treated the same way.
