Something is wrong with my tree

Hello,

I have a tree that appears to be struggling a little. There are some strange white fluffy bits on the leaves and the leaves are limper. The tree lives inside my apartment.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have a beginning infestation of mealybugs, a soft scale insect. Spray all of your plants with Neem Oil once a week for 3 weeks.

The poor tree needs a bigger pot! Get it out of that stinkin thing you sufficatin it!
