Some of my tomato seedlings look bad

I believe each time I watered them they got luke warm water. Once they get big enough to go outside then I water them from the watering can which I fill up from the spigot, so at that point they're getting cold water.

Those are very nice looking plants in the first photo. In fact almost perfect. The stalks are huge.That twisting and disfigurement looks like a herbicide like 24D has been applied or some herbicide chemical.

I'm interested in this 24 hours worth of light thing you are talking about. I've never heard that keeping lights on 24/7 is a good idea. Plants do need to rest and sleep. And if I'm not mistaken tomatoes do the majority of their growth at night.
