Seed help

I manage to sprouts seeds. The problem lies in those plants turning into long weak plants mostly with just beginning leaves with occasional second leaves. What am I doing wrong

Pictures would help but "long weak plants" sounds like not enough light

Got to agree with Chuck, 'Not enough light' was my immediate reaction.
