Hello,

I have 250 sq. ft. front bed with tons of cast iron plant and loriope. There are also 4 small azaleas and around 10 agapanthus. I am removing all of the cast iron plant and loriope, and adding shi shi camelias and some other plants, while moving the azaleas and agapanthus. My question is should I till up the entire bed? I will add compost, but should I add additional soil as well? How much should I use?

If your talking about liriope aka monkey grass, then all you have to do is leave a piece of the root in the ground and it will return. It is a pain in the hiney. I've had to spray it with roundup and it still has come back one time to be sprayed again, then it died.
