Red and purple potatoes

How do you know when to stop watering them?! I always get it wrong. Mine are yellowing, but not they havent all flowered. Some in the pots have some dark green tops still with the rest yellowed. HELP

If I recall correctly, flowering isn't really an indicator with potatoes. Some of mine did, some didn't. As to watering, water like normal until you dig them up. I left mine in the ground until the plants were done, no green left.
