No i don't.The plant is at the entrance to our community.

Do you have a gardener(s) who take care of the communal areas in your community? They might be able to tell you.

They are given the plants and just plant them.

This appears to be Golden Oregano (Origanum vulgare 'Aureum'), an ornamental, yellow-leaved cultivar of the common culinary herb.
The whitened and curling leaves suggest that the plant pictured may be getting too much sun. Origanum vulgare 'Aureum' often grows better in part shade, where the leaves may take on more chartreuse yellow tones.
