Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

This is Galaxy False-aralia (Plerandra elegantissima 'Galaxy', formerly Schefflera elegantissima). The species is an Araliad (Araliaceae) native to southeastern New Caledonia. It is widely grown as both a house plant and tropical landscape plant.
Various cultivars have been selected with variegated leaves and/or differing leaf shapes.

I'm not certain what this might be. It might be an unusual cultivar of variegated English Ivy (Hedera helix) with reduced and irregular leaf lobes, but I am not sure about that. There are an amazing number of Ivy cultivars, but I have not found one that completely matches this plant. I'll have to keep thinking about this.
