I've started this thread, mostly for UK contributors, as somewhere to post any interesting retail sites.

Locally, there's only one shoe shop. So not a lot of choice. I'd have to go into Manchester for more.

For several decades, we've used this retailer which has a branch in a shopping complex near the Lowry in Manchester, they have a hundred stores in the UK and an online site.

For anyone in East Sussex there is a stall in the market square Fridays that sells second hand garden tools.
Still thinking gardens most of the large seed companies seem much of a muchness in terms of actual product most of the time, but they all do 'specials', a selection of three climbers, or of potatoes, for example. It's worth looking at all the various catalogues, and remembering that Thompson and Morgan don't exactly exaggerate, but they are very enthusiastic.

I couldn't be more pleased with them.

At that price you should be, mine cost about half that in Sainsburys, and they are fine.
