Pepper plants producing weird

Hi there. Any idea why my pepper is coming out like this with a kind of brownish patches / streaks ? If you zoom in to the picture it can be seen clearly

That looks like insect damage that happened when the fruit first set. What do the rest of the peppers look like?

I don’t have any other peppers lol. That is the only one that sprouted in weeks upon weeks. But I think I know what the problems are , wrong positioning with not enough sunlight and lack of fertiliser! Coupled with bad soil that desperately needs conditioning. There was nothing growing in this place for at least 10 years until I started gardening a few months ago
