I planted four peach trees in early March. They flowered nicely, but since the start of April we have had rain constantly for several weeks and into May. Had 13" in April and 3" in the first 6 days of May.
I planted per instructions: 2 feet wide hole X 2 ft deep. I filled around the root base with potting soil and native sandy/ clay, added black tree mulch and made borders around them 2'x2'. I have not watered them since I planted. We've had a dry week and lots of sun. The fruit haven't dropped and my pear trees haven't been affected so far.
Now the top leaves have started turning yellow. Help!!! any one have suggestions?

Could be that period without water caused stress on the new trees. In my experience, newly planted peach trees need regular consistent watering until they can get roots established.

Overall they look healthy. A half-dose of all-purpose fertilizer might help, as well as a thick layer (6”+) of mulch out to 3’ from the trunk all around. This will inhibit competition from the grass and any weeds. It also breaks down and feeds the trees.
In the third picture it looks like you may have some peach leafcurl starting. It can be very damaging, but fairly easily controlled.
