I've been talking to my step-dad about organic gardening, and he is interested to know more. He doesn't really like reading things online, so I was just wondering whether anyone could recommend any good books?

There is famous organic gardener here in Texas who has written a few books that I think are still in print and his name is Malcolm Beck.
