I use on-line banking for my current account and credit card account, they're no problem to access.
Barclays has a "pin sentry" card reader, which easy is to operate.

I've a few ISA accounts. The security arrangements for these have been pretty straight forward up to now.

But I received this unsolicited letter from one yesterday, this new system starts on Friday.

Together with this.

I'm all for security, but there's a limit I will accept.
It's hardly worth the bother for something that pays 1.3% interest.

You can when an ISA matures and they say they are moving the money to an account that pays naff-all interests, set up a new one with a different bank or building society paying a better rate of interest and have it transferred, "it's easier" but I don't. I always have it moved back to my current account. I give the bank or building society of my ISA, written instructions that any money I withdraw at any time will only be moved back to my current account and no other. i.e the same sort code and account number fromn where the money came.
This prevents any possibility of a scam.

I've closed the account and pulled the money out.
