Hey,
My olive tree I have in a pot on my balcony is not looking too good. I’ll admit I haven’t watered it in a little bit in our winter.
have given it a good water now. Will this help?
much appreciated.

If there is any green leaves left there is hope, but when a trees leaves shrivel, turn brown and stay on the branches it is not a good sign. At any rate, the roots of the tree have been damaged. If the tree does survive there is no telling in how the damage will manifest itself. I would get some Super Thrive and use per directions if you want to try to save the tree.

Looks like it grows kinda like my Goji berry. Grasshoppers and accidental neglect left the last 3 uneaten leaves shriveled and dead. Kept watering it, and I have some new growth after a week and a half or so. Don't get your hopes up, but keep at it, and you may be surprised like I was. Thank God 5 years of growing this plant didn't just go to waste.
