New Gardner - Pest! Help!

Hello all! I just started my vegetable garden a week ago, almost everything I planted has sprouted and it's looking great. I'm hooked and loving every second of it. So as I was scrutinizing my sprouts I noticed tons of tiny little worms in the soil. There's so many I don't know what it is and I'm having a hard time identifying it. Please help this noob!
