New apple/pear seedlings leaf disease

Hello， I have been growing some apple and pear seeds for fun. I also got a large plum/cherry tree that has the same issue. They started growing up nicely but then they have all been stricken by what appears to be some sort of disease/blight.

Any ideas what is causing their leaves to become damaged? What natural in house mixes can I make to kill the disease or if they do not work well, what product is recommended to buy? Thanks,

Apart from a few holes that have been munched by bugs, they look fine to me. Is it not autumn time in Australia now? Leaves fall off, and you'll see nice new ones in the spring Welcome to the forums !! (should we call you Sir with a handle like that?? )
