My yarden

I really don't see it happening anytime soon though .I was lucky I sold in NJ when the market was still great .It gave me the chance to pay cash for this house when it was built .

Oh you were lucky. I see houses for sale in my neighborhood that have been for sale for 2 years now. It's sad.

I bought 2 houses last year one for a needy family interest free loan and got almost 12 acres for 27 thousand and then bought my son a house so he could go to college and that was only 5 thousand and then i remodeled it and put around another 7 thousand and it is only 15 minute walk to school but he can take the campus bus for 50 cents both ways and it stops right in front of his house .

more work and more flowers on my dolphin plant ice cooler chests I am building for my 2 sister in laws and my new chihuahua and meeting his pitbull brother and his other chihuahua brother

Thought I would update some of my pics .I got a new camera and getting used to it yet .My puppies and around my yard .Been a wet summer so everything grew great and pond is the best thing I did.Been a great summer .I went to Cherokee Nc and Maggie valley Nc .Love Cherokee

You are so lucky! You have so much space to work with! I think your yarden looks great so far If I had that much space to work with, I'd really consider keeping a nice and neat vegetable garden. The pond idea is great, I've always wanted to have my own pond Are you planning to add a couple of koi fish in there?

My future in laws have their own pond as well, it has some fish and many frogs visit it often (I think they actually live there). Here are some pictures of it:

I have 2 koi over 2 feet long and 3 butterfly koi and 2 fancy tails and several goldfish .# acres is nice but a lot to take care of for one person .It gets hot here and I have tried veggie gardening and still have a few veggies yet and lots of fruit trees .I had a big veggie garden when i lived in New Jersey but not really needed here .I do have 4 pepper plants and 4 tomato plants and yellow and green squash and pickles and cucumbers .Apples and pears are just getting ripe .Peaches and cherries and plum trees and blackberries and blueberries are all done for this year .Strawberries and eggplants are done also .They have a nice pond and this sight also has a pond garden sight .I belong to that also .They started the pond sight first .I gave lots of baby fish away again this year .

my next garden is going to be black and green elephant ears with 4 colors of canna's.Thank you it does take lots of work for 1 person too .Thing is that for some reason mulch has been hard to get around here for some reason .So I can't finish my gardens so far .Thing is when you have a pond those frogs invade and take over .I have relocated so many frogs in 10 years and yet I get more and more .I just gave 4 baby koi away to new ponders and I had 4 frogs in a bucket that I had caught and was going to relocate and they wanted them also .I warned them that once you get them they have lots of tadpoles so you may get over run by frogs
