My tree is dying

Hello,

I have a little tree, not sure about identification.
Last month, he was battling spider mites, I think we won.

But last week, it started raining a lot, so I moved him to a close location.
5 days ago, his leaves started falling (Even though I was sure he's evergreen).

He looks sick to me, a piece of advice would be very welcomed.

Two thoughts here (which is good first thing in the morning) Maybe you have made a mistake about the tree being evergreen? The other, if it has been under attack recently, a tree may shed it`s leaves to save itself.

Are there any signs of mould - has it become too wet?

I don`t think that looks like an evergreen not sure....
