What do I do?

This is why commercial apple growers use known apple trees grafted onto specialist root stocks, the chances of improving on either are very, very long. Saying that, Mr Cox did get a very nice pippin grow from a casual seed in his garden, every one of the hundreds of thousands of Cox's orange pippins originate from that one tree, you could be lucky, but it is most unlikely.Something to keep in mind if you didn't know, @Gardening purrple15 ..I've grown lots of apple tree's from seed to mature tree's using apples I got from the grocery stores. They seem to always take on a characteristic of one of the mixed varieties used to create the apple. So sometimes they are good, sometimes not so good but never the same as the apple I got the seeds out of.
