Luffa seed growing HELP

I'm growing luffas indoor. As my reginal area is very cold. I'm looking for help if anyone has grown them before at all. I'm looking tips on good fertilizer right now. I have a all purpose soil fertilizer but am not sure if it's the way to go. Also they are seedling just starting to show so I want to be sure and do the most I can to ensure health before they're ready for reporting.
