Looks like cast iron plant

I bought this plant from a nursery, the employee called it 'palm leaf plant' but I'm not finding any information about it.
Any one familiar with this?

It's a Ground Orchid - Spathoglottis. Here is a variegated one in my front garden.

Thanks, I learned today that it's a palm grass, curculigo capitulata.
It does resemble the ground orchid as well, but grows much taller, 4-6'.

Wow, Thanks for sharing...I can't believe they look so much alike. I think I would like some of that but will have to keep it in the greenhouse for the winter....
