Looking for new Indoor/Outdoor Plant. Ideas?

I am looking for a plant that could go outside my apartment for the summer and then come indoors the rest of the year. I live in 7b hardiness zone and the plant would go outside at the steps of my apartment. This area gets partial sun but basically no direct sunlight. Inside it could go near a west-facing window to get a good amount of sunlight. I'd love to find a plant that flowers but is beautiful year-round. I'd love something tropical but not exactly the right climate most of the time. Pops of color would be great. I already have a wonderful peace lily, red aglaonema, and golden pothos inside.

Any ideas on a plant that could join them?

The Kalanchoe is a beautiful flowering plant. It can go outside summers and indoor winters. Comes in many different colors, with differently shaped flowers, so you could have a few!!

If you have room for a bigger plant, hibiscus is pretty. Some of the pictures are artwork, or artificial flowers sold for weddings, but it'll give you an idea of what they look like.

Wandering Jew is pretty for the foliage alone. They have pictures of them with flowers, but mine never flowered...

I live in zone 8. I had my hibiscus out until a week ago and it is doing well. Right now i have a yellow one. But they also come with red or pink blooms.
