I had a beautiful lettuce crop this year, which has all been harvested. I grew Lollo Rossa, Oak Leaf, and Buttercrunch. Here is a salad from them I ate for supper tonight. It has feta cheese, toasted sunflower seeds, and Newman's balsamic dressing.

Makes the mouth water. I still have three huge Romaine ready for harvet. I suppose I will give two away and eat the other. The window of opportunity to utilize is quite small.
