Leaves falling off peach tree

we planted a peach tree, all all of the leaves fell off and do not understandy why. Please help

Judging by that branch on the left side, you planted it way too deep. The growth in the middle looks like suckers from that branch. Not normally something you would see in a properly planted tree.

@YumYum is correct. Google "root flare" and look at the pictures. It will show you what to do.

Yes. This was planted way too deeply - the tree is literally suffocating.
