Jade problem

Can't figure out what is going on with the jade plant. Leaves are developing brown spots. Can anyone help me identify the problem, if it is some kind of fungus

Ok you're welcome nothing else seemed to look as similar to it than that when I had a look at pictures. Not sure but better air flow might help to prevent it at least.

Maybe underwater cos leaves have lost their water supply if not check the roots
