It was suppose to be CEBOLLA Granex hybrid onion!

It ain't a granex. Looks more like a bunching type onion to me or possibly some variety of garlic. Those aren't onion leaves. Onions are round and hollow, at least in my experience

I didn't know about the leaves being hollow.

After having closely looked at the picture again what I think this is, is that someone planted an entire bulb of garlic and all of the cloves have now sprouted and are growing.
