Has anyone ever scene a plant cancer. If so , were you able to save the plant. If there are pictures to share, please do.

I heard about it. Cancer in roses looks like this:
A far as I know, the only way to treat it is to get rid of all sick stems.
Fortunately, my miniature roses are healthy, so I haven't tried this method out yet.
