The house is blocking one part of my garden resulting in only 1 hour of sunlight. The rest of the area gets full sun. It's a real shame because there's a lot of room. Can plants survive with that light? Is there any hacks that can sort of reflect light to bounce to that shaded area?

Either remove the house or use white painted boards/sheeting,

White works better than Aluminium foil for reflecting light for plants :)

No vegetables that I know of but there are lots of low light flowers and bushes that might grow there.

Yes indeed. No vegetables, but plenty of ornamental/flowering plants and perennials that thrive with little or no direct sunlight.

Ferns are always my go-to for shade, but there are many shade plants. Not really any vegetables. Strawberries grow in shade but I don't know if they produce fewer or no flowers like other plants do.
