We found a small garden box in the backyard. It was an easy way to grow more food. But it wasn't enough. We needed something easier, so we started with hydroponics. That's when things became really good!
Before too long, we had a system with different raised beds, fish tanks, and water catchment areas. We did this around sustainability principles.
Organic gardening is not only about saving money or getting food for dinner. It is also about being kind to ourselves, the earth and future generations.
That’s why my family is so passionate about growing our own food without the use of pesticides.
